ORDER
Yes, you can always place an order by phone by contacting us on 09 378 11 63 (during opening hours) or by sending an email to info@nuance-boutique.be .
All available products in the webshop can be ordered online.
To do this, select the item in the correct size and click on the shopping bag or press the "ADD TO CART" button.
At the top right you will see the shopping cart with the products you selected.
Then select “GO TO CHECKOUT”.
Fill in all the details and go to checkout.
Select your preferred payment method.
When you place an order through the webshop and you have entered a correct email address, you will receive a confirmation that we have received your order.
This is possible from a selection of countries. Shipping is free for Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany.

As soon as your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a tracking code so you can track your package.
If we personally deliver the order to your home, we will contact you in advance to agree on the desired delivery time.

For the time being only Bancontact is available in the webshop, but very soon Visa and Mastercard will also be available.

Yes, you can always request an invoice via info@nuance-boutique, stating your billing information and order number.
Depending on your chosen payment method, you will generally receive a reason for the decline. This decline is at the request of your bank and beyond our control. It's best to contact your bank or choose a different payment method.
For payments we use the highly secure payment platform Mollie.
DISPATCH
The delivery of the ordered items will take place either to an address specified by the buyer when placing the order or by collection from the store.
Shipping is free for deliveries in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany. For other countries, shipping costs are calculated when you validate your shopping cart.
Unless otherwise agreed, ordered items will be delivered to the specified address. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave the package at a designated location or leave a note. With this proof, you can collect your package from the collection point.
If the item is in stock, your order placed on a working day before 12 noon will generally be delivered within 2 to 3 days.
Once your package has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the courier's website.

RETURNS POLICY
You have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receipt. During this period, you may only handle and inspect the product as you would in a physical store. If the product has been used more extensively than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we reserve the right to charge for any diminished value.
When purchasing online, the buyer has the right to cancel his/her purchase without paying a fine or giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day following delivery.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must inform Nuance boutique of his decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by e-mail, by post).
The buyer must then return the goods, sufficiently stamped, within 14 calendar days after notifying the buyer that they wish to cancel the agreement to the following address:

The direct costs of returning the goods are the buyer's responsibility. The buyer is responsible for the shipping. When returning goods, we recommend using Bpost or a courier. Nuance Boutique is not liable for any damage, theft, or loss to the packaging or product during return shipment.
During the first 14 days after delivery, we expect the buyer to handle the order and packaging with care. If the buyer still wishes to return the goods as described above, they may only unpack or use them to the extent necessary to assess whether they wish to keep them. Returned goods may be tested, but not used. If the buyer returns the goods, they should, if possible, return them in their original packaging, including all accessories and in their original condition and packaging.
Upon receipt, we'll refund the full purchase price using the same payment method you used. Only the actual amount paid will be refunded, and this will be done within 14 days of receiving the products at the return address.

If the product is not received in accordance with the terms of the right of withdrawal, the purchase price will not be refunded. The product remains the property of the buyer, who is obligated to collect it from the store within two weeks.
These terms and conditions of order cancellation and the stated return address apply only to products purchased in the webshop.
Returning items is at your own expense. We recommend that our customers return goods via secure shipping.

A gift voucher cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

Your purchase can be exchanged free of charge in-store within 14 days of delivery. If there's a difference in price, the additional cost will be deducted, or if the price is lower, you'll receive a credit note valid for one year.
Complaints relating to defects in a specific product or delivery must be reported by the buyer within 3 days via info@nuance-boutique.be .
Please provide us with your order number and the nature of your complaint. We will work with you as quickly as possible to find a suitable solution.
RANGE AND PRICES
The prices in the webshop and the store are identical.
When you make purchases in the store itself (Boelare 34, Eeklo), you'll receive a 5% discount coupon valid on your next purchase. This coupon is valid for one year.
No discount coupons will be issued during sales periods or on discounted items.
We make every effort to display the items as accurately as possible.
However, the colours and fits displayed on your computer, tablet or smartphone screen may differ slightly from the actual colour and fit.
General
You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it. Please notify us as soon as possible in advance via info@nuance-boutique.be . To better serve you in the future, we'd like to know the reason for your return.
Return or exchange
The goods must be returned or exchanged within a reasonable period after notification (e.g. 3 working days) to the following address:

Will not be taken back under any circumstances:
• worn or used clothing, handbags, accessories or shoes
• retouched clothing
• clothing, handbags, belts or accessories without labels, washing instructions, tags
• clothing that is missing accessories such as buttons, belts, bags
• leather goods with a broken seal
• leather goods whose original packaging was damaged
After a brief verification of the returned items, we will refund your order or exchange it free of charge for another item or different size.

Unfortunately, Nuance Boutique cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to returned goods. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
Sales

Gift vouchers
Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or other forms of payment.
Nuance primarily offers exclusive brands. Therefore, we usually only have one piece of each size in stock.
When you order an item that is sold in the store at the same time, the sale in the store takes precedence.
If an item is no longer in stock, we will contact you and refund the amount paid as soon as possible.
During the sales period, a selection of items will be sold at a discount in the webshop.
SERVICE
The retouching service is also available to webshop customers. In this case, we'd be happy to invite you to our store to discuss and arrange the desired retouch.
The sizes you see in the webshop are the sizes listed on the garment's tags. If you want to know which size to choose, you can convert it using the " size chart ."
Some items run slightly smaller or slightly larger. If you're unsure, don't hesitate to contact us at 09 378 11 63. We're happy to help you make the right choice.
